Founded in 2014, Harmonika is an international cultural and educational platform committed to building meaningful connections through music, artistic creation, and cross-cultural collaboration.

At its core, Harmonika works to make music and the arts more accessible, inclusive, and transformative — especially for underserved communities.

Through educational programs, artistic initiatives, and community-based work, we bring music directly into schools, community centers, and cultural spaces, while connecting individuals and communities with high-level teachers, instruments, and creative opportunities.

Harmonika also develops and produces original artistic projects that bring together Eastern and Western musical traditions, opening space for new artistic voices, cultural dialogue, and long-term creative growth. Through concerts, workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations, the organization creates platforms where musicians, audiences, and communities can meet, learn, and grow together.

Alongside its local and regional activity, Harmonika is engaged in international cultural work, collaborating with artists, institutions, and partners across borders. Its international initiatives include co-producing projects such as the Karlsbad Club in the Czech Republic, as well as working with global partners to foster cultural exchange and artistic connection through music.
